According to the Noida Research Institute Local Circle Report on World Sleeping Day on March 14, 59 percent of the surveyors were sleeping less than 6 hours a day. 3. Turn off the computer or television before sleeping

5. Do not lie on an empty stomach
6. Exercise regularly

9. Investing in a comfortable bed, pillow and in bed
10. Sleep and wake up using your inner alarm clock.
Size of the survey model
According to the survey report, the company received more than 43,000 answers from Indians in 348 districts of the country. According to the data model, 61 percent of respondents show that men and 39 percent are women.
Overall, the survey was distributed nationwide, 45 per cent from Tire 1 cities, 28 per cent from Tire 2 cities, and 27 per cent from tire 3, 4, 5 and rural districts.
