Yesterday, the General Council of the Electoral Institute of the Mexico City (IECM) approved several agreements that proved that on June 1, the Judicial Elections Day, the electoral packages will be transferred from the funds to boycott addresses 11, where votes will be calculated by the work groups formed by the institute employee.
It has been proven that every district directorate will receive “the bundles integrated with voting cards and votes in their bags related to the elections of the Court of Judicial Discipline, the judges and courts in the city of Mexico, as well as the electoral day, classification, number, and perseverance in the department in their file in the department file.”
IECM sources confirmed that the working groups will consist of institute officials, although there was no determination if there is only a professional service or only administrative employees.
In this guide, it was also established that the 11 titles will hold work meetings with members of the national electoral professional service (SPEN), to make decisions in which people will participate as assistants in the boycott account.

It has been proven that the votes account, in each of the places of the province, “will be implemented publicly (…) and once the total elections calculates, the provincial directives will be sent to the General Council, the results obtained to follow up to implement the amount according to the type.”
Once the General Council imposes the final amount, “it will extend to the appointment of the specialty sites between the nominations that have received the largest number of votes, while monitoring the gender equivalence; the election results will be published, and you will get the majority records for the nominations that win.”
It is also approved to create a system of monitoring material distribution and electoral documents and reception of packages (Sedimdej).
Minister Cecilia Hernandez said it is a computer tool that will provide “certainty about the nursery chain granted to the electoral package from its merged into the tomography box for receiving it at the opposite boycott headquarters.”
On election day, every electoral package that reaches from the square will be registered to the electoral winery plant for each area in Sedimdej.
During the third extraordinary session, an agreement was also approved for the media, academic institutions, civil society organizations, natural or moral persons to hold the discussion forums.
However, although an agreement was already formulated on the instructions for discussions, it has been decided to amend it and will vote on another day.
