Through this amendment, the disappearance of the National Institute for Transparency, access to information and the protection of personal data, the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy, the Federal Institute of Communications, the Federal Committee for Economic Competition, as well as the organizational bodies coordinated in energy matters called the National Energy and Organizational Energy Committee.

The reform generated the insomnia between citizens and academic circles, as the administrative operations that must be followed to give continuity to the tasks in which the agencies were not emitted or how they guarantee human rights clear.

By virtue of the recent approval of the secondary laws that represent the end of INAI, these concerns are preserved due to the complexity of the normative framework created and the redistribution of authorities that will make the citizen’s exercise the right to transparency and access to government information more complicated.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office, CNDH, INE, Mexico, and INEGI are independent constitutional organizations that still live. The disappearance of half of the independent constitutional organizations is forced to pay attention to the rights we have. The abandonment and resignation have always been a fertile land for the abuse of power.
