As artificial intelligence (AI) falls in the midst of the global debate, not because of its risks, but because of its ability to radically transform our lives, LG Electronics suggests an optimistic and necessary vision: AI is more emotional, easier and more human.

Under the slogan “less artificial, more humane”, the company presented at CES 2025 its philosophy Confidential intelligenceA proposal that seeks to provide sympathy and allocation to all technological interaction. But behind the future narration, the question is valid: How does artificial intelligence really affect our daily life?

“The approach to our brand is not only in creating artificial intelligence itself, but how to improve consumers’ lives in important ways, emotional intelligence can transform our daily lives positively by integrating into the method of fluids and influencing every moment that requires attention, comfort, and communication.” Daniel Aguilar, corporate telecommunications manager at LG Electronics Mexico.

In Mexico, where according to INEGI data, 60 % of families already have some “smart” or connected internet, the integration of artificial intelligence is not a scientific imagination, but a tangible fact. Refrigerators that discover foods that end with their validity, and the washing machines that adjust their cycle depending on the type of clothes and televisions that They recommend the content based on the mood They are just the beginning of emotional intelligence.

The LG ThinQ’s suggestion passes one step forward: he learns from the user habits, expects needs and seeks to provide a personal experience. The goal is clear: liberating ourselves from repeated tasks and making our lives easier, with machines that understand more and not only obey.

LG also presented the Cockpit Digital platform, a complex booth led by artificial intelligence that discovers fatigue, negative emotions, or distraction on the wheel. In a country that causes fatigue and cellular use when driving causes more than 80,000 accidents annually, according to the Ministry of Communications and Transport, this type of innovation is not a luxury: it is a necessity.

The system can adjust internal lighting, music, or even a break suggestion if it is discovered signs of stress. It is an emotional shared not only responds, but is actively concerned with you.

The new laptops LG Gramai and Televisions are displayed with α11 Gen 2 AI chip for improving performance, suggesting tasks, improving video calls or content analysis. In Mexico, 70 % of workers make a distance at some point, these jobs can improve focus, reduce fatigue and increase productivity.

In addition, in the excessive pregnancy environment with information, the presence of those present who give the priorities of information or relevant content may be the difference between stress and efficiency.

Mexico is not strange to this wave. According to the IDC study, investing in the country’s artificial intelligence solutions will grow more than 25 % annually until 2027. In addition, national companies already apply artificial intelligence to medical diagnosis, crop prediction or automated legal assistance.

LG’s proposal is in line with this trend: It is not only about innovation, but rather a human purpose, and the understanding that technology should adapt to us, not the other way around.

“Less artificial, more humane” is an invitation to rethink technology as an extension of our emotions. Amnesty International, which is not replaced, accompanied, helps and sets our daily experiences.
