Negotiation of absence. The Summit of Ukraine begins

From the day before, I put an atmosphere of great uncertainty about the Istanbul summit, which must begin, after postponing, in the afternoon, with the aim of laying the foundations for dialogue on a possible truce in Ukraine. After that, the assurances of the important absence that was announced with the approval of the hours came: the negotiating table will open this morning, on Friday, May 16, without Russian President, Vladimir Putin, and not Ukrainian, Voludimir Zelinski, and also with the absence of the White House tenant, Donald Trump.

To start the uncertain path of the talks, there will be many Russian delegation headed by Vladimir Medinski, Ukrainian led by Defense Minister, Rostum Omrov, and the American with Foreign Minister, Marco Rubio, in front of him. At the same time, the details of the Turkish Foreign Ministry about organizing the meetings, which will be held, arrived, as announced in “different forms”: a trilogy between the Turks, the Ukrainians and the Russians, on the one hand, and the Turks, the Americans and the Ukrainians on the other hand. The possibility of a four -scale confrontation between the United States, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey has not yet been determined.

Pillars of negotiation

They hinder the direct participation of the great leaders at the stake in hostilities and the restoration of the two warplanes in the same way, while persuading Zelinski that Russia is not dangerous in this competition, and Moscow, which considers the Ukrainian president a poor interlocutor. Trump, at the same time, insists: “Without meeting with Putin, there is no really specific step possible.” However, Medinsky has already announced itself ready to discuss “potential obligations”. But the Ukrainian president, on the other hand, is still firmly firm for a “unconditional fire” agreement for 30 days.

Tirana summit

The issue of Ukraine’s support for a fair and permanent peace, but also possible difficult sanctions for Russia, will be two chapters of decisive seasons in the middle of the sixth summit of the European political community that will be opened in Albania under the slogan “New Europe in a new world: unity, cooperation, and cooperation.” There will be forty heads of countries and government, as well as the directors of the main European and international institutions, in the vicinity of the Skmurbig Square, the largest in the Balkan and the dedicated to the Albanian national champion, Jorge Castroita. An event is historical for Albania, but above all, a summit focused on important challenges, such as protecting democratic processes against foreign interference and enhancing the ability of collective defense in Europe.
