Minister Alexander de Mora of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided to give the Federal Police former President Geer Bolsonaro and other access to the evidence collected in the scanning of the coup plan.
The decision is from Wednesday (30) and the minister gave five days so that PF can inform the most appropriate means to ensure the exchange of information. After this definition, the company will have another five days to allow all materials.
The minister’s decision said: “The federal police must eventually maintain secret documents, the media, sound, and videos that contain intimate facts and are related to the private life of all accused. In this case, the court must be announced and defenses must take specific requirements.”
The decision is compatible with Bolsonaro’s defenses, previous orders for orders Mauro Sayed and former Minister Augusto Heleno.
“Immediately access to the full proof group that was harvested during the investigations, especially the full content of mobile phones and other media that was seized and partially used through the accusation,” Bolsonaro’s defense.
Since the beginning of the operation, the defenses require full access to the case file, which prompted the indictment and condemning the accused.
Integrated access to the file includes the content of mobile phones and computers that were seized during the investigations, as well as material documents, entry and exit records of Alvorada and Planto palaces, among other elements collected by the Federal Police.

In the same decision, the minister authorized the testimony of all the fifteen witnesses that Bolsonaro nominated in the case on an alleged coup plan.
Among those who will hear the first class of the court are the governor of Sao Paulo, Tarisio de Fretas; Former army commander, Marco Antonio Ferrei Gomez; Former Minister Eduardo Pazwello and former Vice President Hamilton Morao.
In March, the Supreme Court made the defendants Gear Bolsonaro and seven others accused of participating in a coup attempt.
They began to respond criminally in order to form the armed criminal organization, and tried to compel the rule of democratic law, the coup, and the damage to violence and threats, as well as the destruction of the list well.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office indicates that Bolsonaro was aware of the existence of the plan called Yellow Green Dagger, which included procedures to kill President Lula, Vice President Geraldo Alkain and Minister Morris.
PGR also states that the former president was aware of the so -called “draft registration”, a decree ready to give legitimacy to military intervention and break the constitutional system.
