Food Safety and India’s Fixed Commission (FSSAI) is now investigating not only in cities but also by going from village to the village with food and beverage samples. That, too, is twice or a month per week, but in those areas it goes around for 24 hours. All these are possible because of the “Food Safety on the wheels” (FSW). According to experts, FSW is a moving laboratory in FSSAI’s vehicle. On March 25, the Ministry of Animal Breeding and Milk gave this information in response to a question raised in the Lok Sabha. The ministry says that there are currently 285 units in 35 states and the FSW’s trade union areas.
These are high -Tech units. If you are talking about checking products made from milk and milk, the FSW section has milk-O-square equipment, which looks at key quality parameters such as fat, SNF, protein and adulterated water, urea, sucrose, maltotexterine and ammonium sulfate. In addition, the FSW is capable of checking the basic contamination of other foods.
To determine the food product
The Ministry of Lok Sabha has said that some rules have been made to the Director of Food Business (FBO) under the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006. Especially operators who provide consumers from buying raw materials. Such operators must determine the heritage of food products. To maintain food -related transparency, accountability and safety, the operators must keep appropriate records and documents in the distribution chain. These documents should be provided when needed during inspection and censorship. If this does not happen, proper regulatory action can be taken in the case of violation.
FSSAI Rules are how this is decided
According to information provided in the Lok Sabha, the Food Safety and Standards Authority (FSSAI) has established the standards for milk and dairy products under the Food Safety and Standards (Food Product Standards and Food Additional) Terms, 2011. All food business operations (FBOs), including milk cooperation, apply equally to adjust the standards. When creating new standards or correcting existing standards, FSSAI issues the draft notifications to receive response and recommendations from the general public and shareholders. Intensive reviews are made and considered during the consistent-reconciliation process of feedback obtained from milk co-operative companies, including inputs.
