Why and how decline in sugar production?
In fact, the cause of this fall in sugar production is the use of crushing season, the use of sugar cane for ethanol production and sugarcane yields. According to data released by the Chinese Commissioner’s Office, the sugar mills in the state have so far crushed 843.33 lakh tonnes of sugarcane, of which the average Chinese recovery rate is 9.46 per cent. At the same time, Mills crushed 1046.58 lakh tonnes of sugarcane, with a high recovery rate of 10.2 per cent last year.
Will end before the season’s time
According to sugar professionals, the remaining sugar mills will soon stop their work, and this Chinese crushing season will end soon. The crushing season usually starts in the middle of October in Maharashtra, from about 140 to 150 days, ie 140 to 150 days. This year’s season has begun since the end of November as public elections and sugarcane cultivation fell. Most of the sugar mills in Maharashtra were able to start operations by the end of November.
Big crisis in front of sugar mills
It is noteworthy that revenue has declined due to the availability of sugarcane, but the costs of operating plants remain intact.
