The Airport Council has won the 2024 Airport Experience Award from the International (ACI) in the “Airport Service Grade” (ASQ) category.
Launched in 2006, ASQ is the world’s leading airport passenger satisfaction program with over 400 airports in 110 countries.
Award The ASQ’s departure and the data of the attendance surveys recognize airports that reach 20% overall satisfaction score. GTL topped the airports segment for 15 to 25 million passengers per year in Latin America and Caribbean.
“We are very happy in this news because of the arrival of national and international tourists for Berla Tabadiya (Quatalajara),” the general director of the Visitors Office of Guadalajara told Extreme in the News magazine.
“What is better than focusing on providing the best service, offering better service, offering the best service, and maintaining it in the optimal conditions, rather than having the world’s best international airport? This is undoubtedly affecting the wishes and acceptance of passengers.”

This praise increases the confidence of the airport before the FIFA World Cup 2026. “They prefer to see (FIFA),” he said. “They prefer the airport’s ‘appearance and feeling’.”
