Robinho’s lawyers request the suspension of the nine sentence imposed on the athlete for rape committed in 2013 in Italy. In November last year, the Supreme Court had already rejected, by 9 to 2, requests for freedom made by the defense.

The trial started on Friday at the virtual plenary session of the court and will go until next Friday (4), but it will be suspended indefinitely. In virtual coordination, there is no discussion, just voting on votes in the upper electronic system.
