We can say the training course, because we at XXXV are intended for the theme of the internal forum. But this year, in the context of the jubilee, has a deeper and more beautiful flavor, because it aims at priests and candidates for holy orders and other people who live in spiritual accompaniment. For both of them, in the context of the jubilee, it has this precious opportunity to give more effective tools to those who have to live this service within the church.

Thus, above all, to be able to help the confessions more. Certainly, as the Pope says, it is also the moment it is rediscovered, not to give up the secret of confession, to re -discover all its beauty. The beauty of this secret that heals, which gives joy, which makes experience the depth of forgiveness. That is why it is really a strong secret.

How can the jubilee path for mercy, hope and conversion help approach the secret of reconciliation?

The jubilee is always related to these issues. This year, especially with the topic of hope. But the issue of conversion is the heart of the jubilee. Thus, the rediscovery of God’s mercy in a person’s life, love, and the one for him, and I felt that it was “it was not you who loved me, but I was the one who loved you”, allowing the heart to experience a deep allocation, and thus returns to the secret, which gives hope to save himself completely.

This year, the Jubilee, how to rediscover the experience of knowledge?

The Church requests to be lenient, the separation of sin. This is one of the most expensive indicators to be captured. For a lot, specifically from evil, approaching, and bowing, ask about forgiveness about sins – with certainty in the heart that forgives God, and always forgives – also, in some way, to rediscover the beauty of this secret in this retirement.

Confession requires a suitable preparation, both by the penitent and recognition. How should you be treated?

Two dimensions certainly live better separately, but sometimes it is clear that the two tracks also intersect in knowledge. However, it is always good to give an appointment in favor of the penitent so that he can deepen these nearby dimensions. Of course, I see in the experience that often the spiritual direction can arise from a well -made confession, as the confessor may have been comfortable, as it was able to read situations in the heart. From there, the desire to prolong a spiritual dialogue arises to be able to progress in the way of being the disciples of Christ. Sometimes the two paths can cross, but most of the time, it is good to separate them.

The training course in the internal forum is now turning into thirty. What contributes to the formation of confessions?

I would like to say that you should take care of it, especially to provide some tools associated with the word of God to help examine the conscience, so that the penitent can deepen and not just accuse sins, and know how to read the root that these sins speak, and what are those roots that have grown – we can say toxic – and we have to start from the root. This is a great help. Otherwise, little progress is made.

How important is the spiritual trend and recognition?

The preparation is very important, which is a path that never has to leave. There are always reasons for thinking and deepening. And the assistance we have seen, and we see every year, confirms the expectation of this course. I think this year there is more than nine hundred registered; Not everyone can be present, one part, about three hundred, conferences will follow the media. All ideas aim to deepen how to live in the secret of reconciliation and how to make those who approach him live. So it is clear that the recipients are often imprisoned, recognized. I insist that there should be permanent training on this topic.
