Often the cow dynasty animals are called ‘Avara’ or ‘Holidays’. The term ‘wrong animal’ is often used in a negative sense, and it seems to avoid responsibility. It suggests that animals are moving naturally, while they are deliberately released. Therefore, the owners of the Milk animals call them ‘misleading’ in a way to ignored and unreasonable animals, and reject them by their responsibility. The root of the problem is in the defects of human behavior and livestock management. But, they are actually ignored or unrelated animals. Because they are abandoned by their owners, and they are not overlooked.

This is an important feature of the problem, as it shows that it is not only a ‘false’ animal issue, but also associated with human responsibility and livestock management. In many states of the country, the issue of unreasonable animals takes a serious form. These cow’s animals, which enter the fields and destroy the crops, are left with their owners when they are frozen in milk production, and the farmers have a serious problem.

Incorrect cattle issue

Over the past few years, the issue of unrelated livestock in many states has taken a terrible form. Cows and bulls, such as cows and bulls, are apparently wandering around, thus the crops pastures, agricultural lands and sometimes human protection. According to 2020 data from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Government of India, Uttar Pradesh alone has a loss of about Rs 5,000 crore due to the waste of crops. This situation is a deep concern for the farmers who depend on agriculture.

Considering the increasing accident of both farmers and livestock, it is very important to find a useful and stable solution to this problem. In the last assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke publicly in which the issue of false cattle was also an important electoral issue. However, there were no significant changes in the situation after the election. This is an effective and long -term solution to this serious problem. These shelter sites can not only provide a safe base for unwilling animals, but can also prove that the use of their waste is beneficial to both farmers and the environment.

The absence of the settlement efforts

Many programs have been implemented by the government to deal with this problem, but they have failed to provide the expected results.

Establishing slogans in villages

There were plans for creating slogans for unreasonable animals, but their implementation was limited and ineffective. These slogans are not useful as the lack of funds, the shortage of resources and the increase in the number of livestock. According to the 2020 report by the Ministry of Agriculture, many mosheets do not have enough space and facilities, and their administration is often affected by lack of administrative ability and financial crises, as cattle are wandering around the open.

Control and monitoring negligence

The government has formed control vans and groups to catch and collect wrong cattle, but according to the Niti Ayog’s 2021 report, this is a temporary solution. The number and function of these veins is low and the time and place of catching livestock is often not correct, which will return soon. In addition, the lack of useful legal action against livestock owners has been a problem again.

Disadvantages in compensation for crop loss

The government has made an arrangement to compensate for farmers for cattle damage, but according to the 2022 report of the Indian Agricultural Research Council, there are many shortcomings in the project. Due to the fact that the compensation is often low due to actual loss, the farmers are not fully benefited due to administrative delays, corruption and complex processes.

Weak implementation of animal protection law and policy

There are other relevant laws of animals to protect livestock, but according to the 2020 report by the Ministry of Livestock, it is very weak to implement these laws. Livestock owners have no useful system that can be held responsible for their animals, often no action. For this reason, the number of livestock is on the rise, and they are circling without any restrictions, resulting in farmers continue to suffer.
