Travelers who thank the alliance between Aeromexico and the Delta Air Lines can now fly between Mexico City and Phoenix.
The new daily flight, which opened March 30, indicates that Aeromexico is 25th in the United States. It takes place on a Boeing 737 maximum flight.
More than 2,000 round-tour will be available per week between the fifth largest city of Mexico, Mexico and the capital of Arizona.
The flight departs from Mexico City International Airport at 9:55 am and arrives at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport at 12:25 pm. The return flight will leave Phoenix at 1:55 am and arrive at Mexico at 6:05 am local time.
Jeff Morgan, senior vice president of Aeromexico’s network planning and planning, said that this partnership “establish Airromaxico and Delta Air Lines as airlines with the best link between Mexico and the United States.”
Phoenix Mayor Gate Galego said that the flights to Phoenix to Mexico have increased by 155% compared to pre -epidemic, and that the new relentless aircraft will strengthen relations between Mexico and the United States.
“The new relentless service of Aeromexico will improve travel options for our community, while strengthening tourism and trade between our close knitting areas,” he said.
Phoenix is well known for tourist destinations, including vineyards, historical ghosts, mines, golf grounds and world -class spas. Also, travelers can take advantage of the city’s proximity to Grand Canyon.
Last year, the Aeromexico-Delta Alliance was launched over 28 new routes connecting major cities in Mexico and the United States, the airline plans to launch. Seven new international routes.
Mexico City-Platelphia and San Louis Botosse-Atlanta are scheduled to begin operations in early June, while four more seats departing from Mexico will launch by the end of this year. These include Gardegina and Galle (Columbia), Panama City and Punta Ghana (Dominican Republic).
To cover these new ways, Aromico will receive 14 new aircraft, which will bring its total fleet to 164 by the end of 2025.
