By March 26 in the country, a total of 26 banks have joined the E-Agricultural Production Fund (e-Kun) portal. Farmers registered in the e-Quun portal do not need government Siple marks. By March 17 this year, the state-wise details of the number of farmers applying for the loan will be released in the e-Qun portal. This number is 19. With this portal, the total loan amount has been distributed to Rs 21,61,700 farmers.

According to the government’s data, a total of 19 farmers have applied for loans in the E-Quun Portal, 10 in Rajasthan, five from Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, Gujarat, five and 2 farmers from Andhra Pradesh and 2 farmers. Which farmers are beneficial

Under this scheme, farmers are gaining the benefit of the loan they have in registered codeons for the Warehouse Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA). Based on these products, farmers are given credit facilities. These farmers should have a ‘electronic negotiated warehouse receipt’ from the warehouse. To lend, this receipt must be deposited in banks. In this scheme, the farmer does not need any security or guarantee to borrow. The farmer is given a loan of 7 per cent interest rate.

What is the advantage of this project

The government launched the project so that farmers would not sell their produce at a quarter due to lack of warehouse. Many times the farmer needs money, and there is no place to keep the products, and then he meets the need for money by selling produce for low money. The purpose of launching this project is that farmers must keep their products in the government warehouse and borrow in exchange for the yield to meet the demand for money. Pay it at your own easy interest.
