Brazilian engineer Rafael Barlito Rodriguez, 32, was found dead last Wednesday (7) in Mar del Plata, Na Argentina. According to his father, he went to walking on Tuesday (6) and suspicion is that the tidal rose and dragged the victim. Raphael was born in Pipooro in São Paulo.
