May Cultural Festival

Since 1998, the Quadalajara Jalisco May Cultural Festival has been held by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs to improve cultural activities. In the first visual art manifestations, plays, lectures and more, the festival will make host 44 events across the city. This year’s Guest Country Canada, Canadian Actions take the positions of the Circus Group Walk de Circu and Montreal Funk Band the Brooks Festival.

One of the highlights of the festival is the direct performance by the Jalisco Philharmonic Music Group (ofJ) at Deitro Degolado celebrating the 150th anniversary of Maurice Rawal.

Akamba: A musical ceremony at the birth of Tekila
