We will not give a drop of water to Haryana: Punjab minister’s big statement

Punjab minister Kuldeep Singh Talival reiterated on Sunday and his state will not allow Haryana to release a drop of water. One day after the all -party meeting in Haryana, his report was made in which the Punjab government was asked to release unconditional water. Haryana Chief Minister Nib Singh Saina’s Punjab’s AAM AM AMAP (Aam Aadmi Party) has targeted the government, claiming that the Bakra Piece Management Board (PPMP) has not followed the instructions for the release of water, and the attack on the federal structure of the Constitution of the Constitution.

Controversy that increases day by day

The water sharing issue between Punjab and Haryana has increased by the government to refuse to provide more water to its neighboring state and the BJP government’s reports. Punjab NRI Affairs Minister Talwal on Sunday said that Chief Minister Bakwant Mani is fighting for a part of the state water. The BJP government is trying to illegally loot it. I stand with my leader. We don’t give a drop of water.

Punjab accuses Haryana

The Punjab minister targets the center for trying to get water from the Bakra Dam. Talival said, ‘This will not happen. Farmers and farmers of Punjab will be used for the agricultural sector, so we have no water and cannot give water. This water is taken from us. We are the sons of Punjabi and Punjab, and we will not let the center and Haryana pluck a drop of water. The water -sharing issue began when the App ruled that Punjab refused to give more water to Haryana this year. The Punjab government said Haryana used 103 percent of the water allotted until March. After this claim, the controversy increased further.

Paddy

The Punjab government has strongly objected to the decision of the Bakra Piece Management Board. The Aam Aadmi government has said that the upcoming paddy sow season needs water. Meeting on water, Punjab revised

Trade Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan presided over a high meeting in Delhi on Friday and advised Haryana to implement the decision of the PPMP to release 4,500 cuusec water from the Bakra Dam. To meet the instant water demand of the state, 100 % water is available in the next eight days. During the filling of the dams, it was also agreed that the PPMP would provide additional water to Punjab to meet the additional requirement of the state. However, the Punjab government boycotted the PPMP meeting on Saturday. The meeting was called after the center instructed Haryana to release extra water.

The key of the dam is with the police!

The PPMP controls water from Pakra, Pong and Ranjit Sagar dams. Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan are partners who meet their needs for various purposes, including the Bakra and Pong Dams. Haryana CM on Saturday criticized the Aam Aadmi Party for stopping the Punjab police in the Nangal Dam. Taking the keys of the dam on behalf of the police reflects the rejection of the administrative decision, but also a challenge to the constitutional system. The Punjab government has invited the Legislative Assembly on Monday in the midst of a water -sharing dispute with Haryana.
