Farmer Dharmendra Kumar produces three to four tonnes of watermelon every fourth day, so he earns 70 thousand rupees every fourth day.

Farmer Dharmendra Kumar has been cultivating watermelon for the past 2 years. The farmer ordered the seeds of this type from Ara’s nursery. He planted watermelon seeds in February. This type of watermelon is the highest in the capital Patna. This watermelon is also offered in Navada district. Because it is a separate type, its price is higher than the common watermelon. Dharmendra Kumar has installed drip irrigation and mulch in this field to cultivate this type.
How to grow watermelon-
The most important farm should be prepared for watermelon cultivation. Tomat or Sandy clay soil is considered best for watermelon cultivation. First, make the soil brittle by plowing the field. Dung can also be used in fertilizer soil. Watermelon seeds should be sown in rams regularly. When the fruit begins to bear, there is a need to pay more attention to irrigation. Do not moisturize the rams while irrigation.
The crop will be ready in 60-70 days-
The distance between the plants should be 60 cm. Watermelon in North India should be cultivated in February and March. Rivers can be done from November to January. The watermelon crop is ready in 60-70 days. The watermelon should be stored in a cool place.
