“We are well equipped with such moments,” Luz said, recalling that the world has lived with bird flu since 2006.
The economist emphasized the seriousness and respect of Brazil in the poultry sector. “We are the largest source of chicken meat in the world. Just to have an idea, the second largest arrival of exporters, the United States and the European Union, do not reach the volume of Brazilian exports.”
