Minister, this trip is very important for the agricultural and livestock sector. Years have passed since Brazil wanted to come with more activity here, especially with the issue of beef. Should we have good news on the trip here?
It is a journey, again, historical. After the epidemic, the first presidential entourage to come to Japan, the President Lula, who was establishing good Brazilian diplomatic relations and was doing this with great dedication. The results and fruits are very transparent, with a great reality.

We have already expected progress from this trip, as they must announce the visit of experienced persons who can visit Brazil, and know the Brazilian productive arrangement, and the refrigerator plants, allied with what we are on our way to receive the International Animal Health Organization, which is the entire country’s testimony, and free of the foot, without vaccination, which is one of the requirements imposed by Japan.
In addition to visiting these Japanese experts, we will take the main step so that Brazil can open the Japanese market for cow meat.
We are also talking and the expectations are very high for us to sign the regional characteristic agreement to the ultimate mutation flu. This is a very important topic that cares about both sides.

I think we are completely advanced and I think this will be good news for livestock farmers, for Brazilian refrigerators.
Is there an expectation of the terms of the opening of the Vietnam market?
Very positive. I think it is important to say here as well, in Japan, the opportunity that is available to us for biofuels. It is a topic associated with Alexander Silvera, but has a full origin in Brazilian agriculture.
Brazil is already strengthening itself as a major global player in biofuel production. The signing of the protocols here that will be made in Japan in this matter is also a document related to Brazilian agriculture.
What is the size of the market, for example, importing livestock, beef and Vietnam?
In addition to size, the amount purchased is a specific market that guarantees the formation of important prices for Brazil. For example, it is a market that buys very in advance, buys children, language, at very rewards.
