Both of these types are named Pont Urath -13 and Bond Urath -14. Both of these types have more production and immunity by scientists. According to scientists, these types are better under the current climate conditions. Also, this will increase the income of the farmers.

He said university agricultural scientists would be ripened quickly. Also, their production is higher than the traditional varieties. Apart from this, these types are also operated to fight pests and diseases. With this, farmers need to reduce the costs of chemical drugs. Experts believe that if these types are accepted in large quantities, this will be an important step towards self -indulgence in the regional level.

The university has appealed to the farmers to accept these types so that they can make a higher profit at low cost. Look at what the features of these two types are-

Pant Urath -13

This type is best suited for areas where rainfall is low during the monsoon. Its crop is cooked on average in 75 to 80 days, which is ready to sow and harvest quickly. Scientists have described this type of yield of 10 to 12 quintals per hectare. This type often resists the yellow mosaic virus and irritability. Because of this, farmers should spend less on crop protection.

Pant Urath -14

This type can be high yields and ripening over the medium period. Its crop is ready in 80 to 85 days. This type of brown grains provide, which are most preferred in the market. Pant Urad -14 tolerates major diseases such as leaf twisted disease and root rot. Under this, the chance of yielding 12 to 14 quintals per hectare is expected. This type is considered to be the most appropriate for teri and flat areas.
