At least four people suspected of murders were arrested by the Pernambuco Civil Police on Tuesday (13). One of the detainees will participate in the killing of former military police officer Heleneo Jose de Naskanto Junior, 41, known as Junior Black. The crime took place in July 2023 in the Boa Viagem neighborhood, a major area in the southern region of Recife. The victim was killed with gun shots.
According to the civil police, Junior Black’s death may have been a revenge for his participation in a shooting a few days ago, in the BR-316, between the municipalities of Sallero and Barnamirim, in Bernambuku back.
In this occurrence, two people died during the exchange of fire. It was possible to confirm the participation of the former policeman through videos distributed on social networks.
The compliance operation was for nine search and confiscation orders and four arrest orders before the trial issued by the Bernamboko Court. The orders of the court were met in four cities of Bernamboko and in Campo Grande, the capital of Matto Grosso de Sol.
Prisoners were transferred to the headquarters of the GOE group in Risivi. Weapons, ammunition and mobile phones were seized during the operation, which was attended by 70 public security agents.
Civil police reported that investigations began in July 2023. In addition to the death of Junior Black, the operation’s targets are suspected to integrate a criminal organization involved in other murders, money laundering and possession of illegal firearms.
Investigations reveal that Junior Black had a path characterized by involvement in criminal plans. He was expelled from the Bernambuko Military Police in 2021, after 12 years of service, which was the target of an administrative operation conducted by a Coriondoria for the Social Defense Secretariat (SDS). The motivation behind the expulsion was by participating in riots in the Prime Minister Creed, which led to the death of a soldier in 2010.
While he was still in the company, he was arrested because of his alleged involvement in the genocide group, which would have committed more than 50 murders in the Risivi capital. Despite this date, the former Prime Minister tried to follow a political profession. In 2020, a council member was applied at Jaboatão DOS Guararapes, a municipality located in the Risif, the capital.
