Genesio then added that the supposed victim of the aggression would disturb people from optics that would perform his actions.
“About this lady, it’s all the time there, there was … the visual men were working and she was interested. It is a previous issue, but she should work instead of annoying people every day in the camera,” he said.
Later, after the repercussions of the president’s speech, he returned to the podium to explain and apologize.
“I want to explain, I do not encourage anyone to overcome or capture it. What I want is that there is respect in the city council.
