The judge returns the property associated with human trafficking in Tijuana

The third boycott judge gave the residence in Tijuana, Francisco Capealo Green Ambro for the return of the property used as a security house to protect the illegal profits obtained by the criminal organization of “Bar Adelitas”, dedicated to human trafficking.

According to the file of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (FGR), the administration in the Madiro Sur neighborhood, San Antonio de Los Buenos delegation, was used in the city of Tijuana to protect criticism from illegal activities, in addition to working as a logistical point for the process of preparing the criminal group headed by James Luza, “The Godfather”.

Investigations in FGR, according to the previous investigation FGR/AIC/PFM/UOAI/DA/10631/2022, have been documented that Damián Jiménez álvarez, a member of the criminal organization, was seen that property entered with two rulings full of money after leaving “Adelitas Bar”, a specific institution in trivial pressure.

The research, which was conducted on February 20, 2023, allowed FGR in the believer’s home to seize the main evidence: “Adelitas Bar”, a mobile phone, photos of Jiménez álvarez and the martyrdom of the Prosecutor’s Prosecutor’s Office for Trafficking in Tiguana.

However, inquiries indicate that the perpetrator received early information about the process, which allowed him to remove money before the ministerial intervention.

Although the rental contract, owned by Clara, Rakel, Gloria Esther “F” and Nathan “B” included a condition prohibiting its use of criminal activities, the evidence collected confirms that it was used to commit crimes of organized and damage in people.

Despite the above, Judge Francisco Kabaliro Green gave a temporary comment for the property owner, Perth “F”, allowing the administration to be returned. This decision was angry, because it feels a dangerous race in the preference for recovering goods that have been used for criminal purposes.

The case also highlights the deep corruption that permeates in Baja California, Sonora and Agoskalings, as this criminal organization extended the influence network, infiltrated the police, state officials, and the judicial system.

Judge Caballero Green’s decision raises serious doubts about the effectiveness of judicial institutions in combating human trafficking and organized crime. While victims still expect justice, decisions such as this enhances the perception of impunity and collusion in the Mexican judicial system.
