The expectation is to make the auction in July. The process depends on the approval of studies and the publication of notice by the National Water Transport Agency (ANTAQ).
The formation of the mass was possible after the approval of the auction by the peripheral terminal audit court and the dismissal of the franchise analysis of the RDJ07 port.
The first auction block was held in April, with two billion dollars investments. The federal government expects to make, in four years, about 60 auctions.
“The second bloc provides the expansion of the logistical ability to flow of agricultural production in Brazil, allowing increased infrastructure for transportation, job generation and income, as well as a greater comfort for passengers and tourists,” says Minister Silvio Costa Filho.
