Sugarcane farmers have received achievement fee in the last 8 years
In UP, the Yogi government has paid 2.80 lakh taxes on sugarcane farmers in the last 8 years. In previous governments, sugarcane farmers were worried for 10-10 years. In addition, the previous governments have paid only Rs 66.703 crore for sugarcane farmers in 22 years from 1995 to 2017. This year, the budget for sugarcane farmers has been approved by Rs 475. 88 percent of them have been distributed.
