Life took a new twist
According to Sheila Oran, her family has relied on traditional agriculture for many years. Because of this, there is no yield of crops, which can be sold by selling the family. There was always a financial crisis. After this, in 2016, he met the Jharkhand State Livelihood Development Association (JSLPS) workers. Sheila said she was aware of the benefits of the Self Help Group (SHG) after this. Inspired by this, he became a member of Jai Ma Sarna Mahila Mandal Group, and his life took a new twist. After joining the group, he began to receive modern farming training. He learned many new ways of agriculture.
Modern agriculture started with debt
Sheila Oran said her financial condition was very bad. He took a loan from the group and put it in order to raise it. In a modern way of growing vegetables, the yield bumper began and gradually increased the income. Sheila said Prinjal had made more profit from cultivation. In a season, he cultivated Prinjal and made a net profit of Rs 1.5 lakh. Bought a scooter from this income. Today she takes herself and sells vegetables to the market. They receive pure income from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rupees every season.
Agricultural tricks and other farmers teach
Sheila Oran said she also started the Bali nursery in her fields. Here she makes medium plants. By selling them, they earn over 40 thousand a year. He also teaches the livelihood of agriculture to other farmers by turning into agriculture. It also receives some of their income. Nowadays, Sheila Oran earns more than two lakh rupees a year.
This is how Prinjal cultivation
Sheila Oran says she earns the highest earning vegetables from Prinjal cultivation. He said he would take three bringe crops in a year. Sheila said that the Bringer crop is very good in the balloo clay soil. For its cultivation, the proper drainage land is needed. Before planting Prinjal, the violin’s first plowing soil should be done with a plow that attracts the soil, he said. After that, use it to the driver 3-4 times the harvest or own plow.
