The first class from the Supreme Federal Court (STF) was re -tightened to May 20 and 21 at the beginning of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PGR), which includes Core 3, accusing the coup plot during the government of former President Gere Bolsonaro.
The date of the case was decided on April 8 and 9, but the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Minister Cristiano Zanin, resigned.
According to PGR, the accused of this nucleus is accused of “tactical procedures” to influence the coup plan. The group consists of 11 members of a military army and a federal police.

Ruling
The case will be tried by the first degree of the upper. The Board of Directors is composed by the report report, Alexander de Morais, Ministers Flavio Dino, Cristiano Zanin, Carmen Laysia and Louise Fox.
