The waterfront in Balnaário Camboriú, on the northern coast, has gained popular imagination as a synonym for wealth through his eyes full of skyscrapers and glass apartments with values in the home of tens of millions of Reais.
This narrow piece, which includes a little more than six kilometers in front of the Atlantic Ocean, already used in luxury records, will display a new milestone: the highest residential building in the world.
This fertilized work is from Sina Tower, at an altitude of more than 550 meters, and a total of 228 units in 157 floors.
This initiative is from FG Emprendimentos, a building company for more than 40 years of operation and responsible for most luxury buildings in British Columbia, in partnership with Sina and Huffan Brand.
The launch of the project will be on Saturday (10), on the number 4,466 of Avenida atlântica, as the initial stages of the project are already taking place.
Jean -Grasiola, CEO and joint founder of FG Emprendimrentos, highlights the engineering innovations that were employed in the project, which had the first drawings for more than five years.
Investment is $ 3 billion, with expectations, businesses are expected to be completed by 2033.
“It is a break from models,” says CEO in an interview with CNN.
More than the name in honor of one of the greatest Formula 1 pilots in history, the executive authority indicates that the participation of the Sina family enhances the concept of overcoming the project.
“Irton was always before his time,” he says. “It is a project that breaks many barriers.”
From 28 million dollars, in 150 heating
The luxury on which the BalNeário Camboriú Buildings are reflected into numbers. The city of Santa Katarina, which has a population of about 140,000, is characterized by the most expensive square meter in the country.

The height of 550 meters from the Sina Tower should make the largest residential building in the world, according to the Higher Building Council and the Urban Council (CTBUH).
The project suits the Superfall category – when the project height is more than 300 meters.
To ensure stability, the Sina Tower will contain the tidal inhibitor (TMD) – a type of pendulum that works as an advanced installation system that reduces the effect of winds – allied to materials subject to high -performance materials and materials and continuous valuations in wind tunnels to ensure the highest international structural patterns.
According to the construction company, the new project will have seven high -performance elevators, able to travel from the ground floor to the top floor in less than a minute.

Even before the launch, the project contains 18 % of the sold units, highlighting Graciola.
