Simar regrets the Cuuhtémoc accident; Admiral Morales ángeles offers transparency

Admiral Raymondo Pedro Morales Angeles, President of Marina Armada de Mexico (SIMAR), expressed his regret this Sunday, the accident and the loss of lives during a maneuver for the Cuuhtémoc School, in New York City and offered transparency in the investigations.
