On Monday, in cooperation with Sep and Undersrescretariat for high secondary education, Google and Activa were announced, and 30 thousand scholarships have been announced for the first semester of 2025 that will allow students and teachers at the COLBACH and general leagues of agricultural technology sciences and sea science (DGGETAICM) in Artificial intelligence and cyber security.
In this context, the Minister of Public Education, Mario Deljado Carillo, called for the benefit of artificial intelligence in all fields.
He said that, as in 1921, when the radio represented the technological progress of its generation, the national educational system (SEN) today faces the inclusion of progress such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity in favor of teaching.
He insisted that artificial intelligence is the truth of the present and must be used with the responsibility of promoting education, strengthening learning societies based on respect and information, and preventing them from becoming a tool for harassment, violence or denial.
He stated that this government is committed to guaranteeing the right to education, working on addiction to information tools and accessing vanguard knowledge.
Before, by participating in the delivery of scholarships for “transportation and more”, which was implemented in Zokalo, Mexico City more than 25,000 young men, Mario Delgado Carillo repeated that education should always be imagined as a right, not a privilege or swiming at a price.
“We are in a different process in higher secondary education. With the indicators of the President of Mexico, young people can now choose high schools or baccalaureate they want to attend, so that we can wait for them later in higher education.”
