The Vice May of Lages (SC), Jair Junior (Somos), requested the removal after his arrest in the law last Saturday (22) on suspicion of committing domestic violence. He was released after the custody hearing.
In a statement through social networks, Jair said he has moved away from administrative jobs to focus on defending the issue. In a video posted on Instagram, the mayor’s deputy was martyred with a “turbulent relationship” with his ex -girlfriend. “I had a relationship with several mistakes on both sides. As a man, I am wrong in leaving things up to this level.”
Gear added: “The operation concerned with the confidentiality of justice, and as I am a party, I cannot publicly show myself, otherwise I can be arrested. I just say that what is reported does not correspond to the truth of the facts. Proof was that the judge had understood yesterday that he should not be arrested.”
According to the civil police, the suspect was arrested and charged with the physical injury law and a special prison.
In a statement, PEFECTURE LAGES stated that she was familiar with the case and accompanies the investigation of the facts. The municipal administration added that “the matter will take legal and eastern measures within its field of work.”
Mayor Carmen Zanoto also spoke and said she had received information about what happened with a surprise and sadness.
