Vjy, March 10: The Kurnool JFCM court has dismissed a petition filed by the police to keep the custody of senior actor, writer and YCP leader Bosani Krishnamaruli. On the 6th of this month, Adoni police filed custody in the JFCM court. The petition was filed to investigate Boseani. However, the magistrate set aside the seventh day’s verdict. The judgment was reserved on the bail plea.
Meanwhile, the Gaddaba Mobile Court on Friday issued a bail order for the case filed at the Obulavaripale police station in Annamayya district. Although the police had heard the arguments that the police should not take bail, the court signed an agreement with the arguments of Boseani’s lawyers.
