Four people were arrested by the Federal Police (PF) on Tuesday morning, 13, in Sao Paulo, suspected of incorporating a criminal organization involved in the production and distribution of Nitzine -based drugs, a drug that is stronger than fentanel and heroin and a high possibility to cause an overdose.

The operation was operated on the investigation that was conducted after the first seizure of this article in Brazil in December last year. Four preventive arrest orders and eight search and confiscation orders were presented, all in headlines located in the city of Sao Paulo.
The investigation, which did not have the names that were disclosed, will have an individual behavior and could be responsible for drug trafficking crimes and criminal regulation. The report was unable to connect to the defense.
Laboratory in Grande S.
The Nubia that led to the current process occurred on December 12, when PF identified the secret pharmaceutical laboratory in the Mogi Das Cruzes, Sao Paulo Greater. The place was used to make artificial drugs, known as K.
When analyzing the seized materials, the factors have identified the use of nitalizin, a chemical with a high mental strength, which was illegally imported. This was the first episode of the material in the country, according to PF.
Inclusion of the drug list in AnVisa
In January this year, the Federal Police Ministry used a new psychological notification form to ask the National Health Control Agency (N-Desetile Etuszen) in the list of narcotic drugs.
The request has been accepted. This measure has repercussions on the criminal law, as the substance is the drug of the drug from prohibited use.
In March, by voting in favor of integration, Anvisa director and studded Daniel Merleles Fernandez Pereira said that the materials called “Netzinos” have analgesic capabilities, but it can cause respiratory depression at a great risk of abuse and toxicity, and thus without treatment.
In his vote, he adds that nitazenos can provide users similar to opiates such as morphine and fentanel, but some class materials are more powerful.
“This means that much smaller doses are necessary to achieve the effects required by users, which increases the risk of an excessive excess dose,” he wrote.
