In such a situation, many farmers burn it and prepare a sector for the next seed, but the Supreme Court and the NGD have banned this practice. Now the straw burning case in the state’s syndvara district has come to light. Since then, the police have filed a case against seven farmers. An officer provided this information on Wednesday.
According to the news agency PTI, Amarvada’s Tehsildar Rajesh Marawi, who said that the farmers had burned the bullet after harvesting the crops on April 3, violating the district collector’s order. Investigations carried out after the local Patwari report found that the farmers had deliberately loaded straw. The Joint Committee of the Department of Agriculture and the Revenue Department visited the site.
The investigation revealed that the deliberate setting fire
The official said that the fire was not hidden due to short circuit or any other natural causes. This proves that the paragraph deliberately caught fire. After the report, seven farmers have been booked under Section 223 of the Indian Civil Civil Security Code (BNSS), and further investigations have been investigated in the case.

The Environmental Department has set the environmental compensation for this. According to this rule, a person who is found guilty of holding up to 2 acres of agricultural land and burning straw will be imposed on environmental impact.
Farmers will have to pay so much
At the same time, up to 2 and 5 acres, the land owner/body/farmer will be fined Rs. At the same time, a farmer with more than 5 acres of land will be fined Rs 15,000 for environmental impact. According to fate, when the farmers burn the bullet, the number of financial punishments will be taken on them.
