India produces the world’s largest mangoes, and about 50% of mangoes are supplied from India to the world. Our country has successfully cultivated various mangoes and there is a need for their worldwide. The house of India mangoes, they are thirsty and fresh in the taste and structure. Uttar Pradesh
Uttar Pradesh is India’s largest manufacturer, which is estimated to be about 2.5 million metric tonnes annually, which is 25% of the country’s total common production. The land, and climate conditions here are good for the general production. Uttar Pradesh has popular varieties such as Dusehra, Lanka and Cha Aus Cha SA, which is popular for a unique taste and structure. These three are not only in India, but are exported worldwide. Uttar Pradesh is one of the best states of India.
Andhra
After Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh is the number one in India’s common production. There is an estimate that the state produces 1.2 million metric tonnes of mangoes annually, which is 22% of national yields. Andhra is significantly contributing to mango processing, especially Alphonso, Safta and Tottapuri. Mango pulp, pickles and juice are made here.
Bihar
In Bihar, Bihar has 1.2 million metric tons annually. The major agricultural areas are located around the rich Ganga Ground, where the types of native mangoes dominate. Here, Jartalu, Mithila Bombay, Dika Maltha and Bagalpur are common.
Karnataka
Karnataka produces more than 1 million metric tons of mangoes annually, which is 10% of India’s total production. This condition is especially popular for its albuns mangoes. Alphonso is very popular internationally, and Karnataka gardens serve as a major source of domestic consumption and export markets.
Gujarat
Gujarat is another major player of the general industry that contributes to common production in India. The annual yield of mangoes here is 1 million metric tonnes. Saffron is common here, in particular, very popular among people and is often called “mango king” in Gujarat. The mangoes of Gujarat are mainly consumed at home.
Apart from these states, the names of states like Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha and Kerala have been named in common production. Habus of Maharashtra, and Malta of Bengal, Himsagar and Basley are the most famous.
