- Families registered in Cadúnico with a monthly income of up to half the minimum wage per person;
- Persons with disabilities or elderly people registered to benefit from benefit (BPC);
- Original families or Quillombola in Cadenico.
The deputy also creates an exemption from the payment of the Energy Development Account (CDE) for families with a monthly income from the minimum wage registered in Cadúnico, and determines that from 2026, consumers of low -voltage – residential and small – can choose the source of their capacity.
