Agricultural projects that need to be broadcast on the radio are still relevant to the people. A successful example of this is a social radio station run by Sabor’s Bihar Agricultural University (PAA), which has created its own identity worldwide. At the Global Conference held in Mumbai, Bau, Krishi Vijayan Kendra (KVK) flooded social radio station in all categories of “Wave -2015” has won the gold medal in all categories. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with representatives of community radio during the opening session of the “World Audio Visual Summit” running from May 1 to 4. The “World Audio Visual Summit” organized by the Government of India was held at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. At the conference, the FM Green of the BAU won the ‘Agricultural and Rural Development Based Project’ category in the finals of the ‘Women and Child Development’ category and the KVK Flood (Patna) final in the final. At the conference, more than 700 final contestants were selected in a total of 32 categories, including KVK floods in the radio category, Patna, while the JNU -based Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) was awarded the silver award. For this event, more than one million creators from over 100 countries around the world sent their input to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
