This area, which triggers the uniqueness of each sheet, explains the inherent diversity of man to man. The sheet is not repeatedly made like nature, and every student in the classroom is unique. From the point of view, recognizing and evaluating differences is the starting point for creating educational environments that promote stock and mutual concentration.

Including educational teaching content or simple adaptation of methods. It is a protocol and social commitment that aims to make the school a “leaf” where each “leaf” can grow with its uniqueness. By receiving and coordinating differences, respected culture, collective learning and training are developed, preparing citizens to face the challenges of a plural society.

In this framework, the Order No. 54/2018 plays an important role in the establishment of the policies of education that included in Portugal. This protocol refers to a precedent change, away from the samples based on student classification, proposing flexible educational responses, and adjusted with individual needs. By recognizing that everyone can achieve defined objectives in the profile of students to exit compulsory education, even by different paths, it strengthens the commitment to equality. It also defines steps to support the learning and additional, and the mobilization of the resources required for the full participation of all students in compulsory education.

However, it is important to reflect the sensitivity of this view. Although they recognize the progress and dedication of many experts, do we truly connect with this purpose with researchers, academics, teachers, technicians, families, school leaders and institutions? Are there often obstacles such as shortage of resources or bureaucratic burden, are there adequate justifications for the purpose of meeting? A quality education indicates that only the rankings of tests and choices?

Conversation and collective commitment to overcome this tension. This requires early and continuing training for the reality we live in. There is a need for change of confidence and courage. Because we can only find us bonding in the school that really includes – rather than dividing us!
