Bruga, CDMX Tourism Minister Alejandra Frasto and Mexican business leaders signed the agreement on Tuesday.
“This agreement refers to one of the most important tasks we face: reducing, reducing and rejuvenation of climate change,” Bruga said.
Bruga said that the city of Mexico contributes to 4% of the country’s gas emission. He said the number could be tripled in the middle of the century without measures to reduce them.
The deal is trying to transform Mexico into a clean, healthy city with low emissions through six major actions.

Creating a federal emission database for Mexico’s higher pollution cities
President Claudia Sheinbam said that the Ministry of Federal Environment and Natural Resources (SEMERNAT) and the National Mexico University (UNAM) are doing research in the metropolitan areas of Mexico Valley, Quadalajara and Montry.
