Mouta stated that the special committee that will analyze the proposal must be installed next week. He stressed that the text must change and defend the “less harmful” model to enable the measure. The relationship of the draft law is Arthur Lira (PP-AL), which will continue to provide the voting evaluation of the text.
Depending on the changes in the project, MOTTA said, the proposal must be approved by September or December in Congress. This is because the constitution provides for rules on the “nineteenth”, which is a period of grace of up to ninety days to enter into force.
