When the pumpkin is cultivated
According to Jakdev Bharati, a farmer of Despur village, the pumpkin can be cultivated in hot and cold weather, but due to strong sunlight and frost, some of its varieties have been damaged. Domat soil and sandy clay are the most suitable for cultivation in the soil.
Pumpkin crop is planted twice a year, in which the first crop is from February to March and the second farming from June to August. Different types are planted according to the season, in which the administration can work and earn good income.
