The weight of the excuses increased!

PKU (Man) President Ratan Man and PKU (Sir Sotu Ram) spokesman Bahadur Singh Mehla visited different grain mundis. After this, the problem of irregularities was raised during the weight of wheat. After touring the Colonel’s new grain market, Ratan Man said that the weight of some wheat sacks had been found more than 500-700 grams more than the recommended limit. In some cases, farmers have accused the weight of a bag of over 51 kg.

In the meantime, the chief minister’s flying groups visited the grain mandice and found irregularities. Due to irregularities, the licenses of two agencies have been suspended. Under the guidelines provided, the weight of each bag should be 50.600 kg, including 50 kg of wheat and 600 grams of sack.

Purchasing started late at the kernel

From April 1, wheat will be held at 415 procurement centers in the state, including Colonel, on behalf of Haryana’s Food, Civil Goods and Consumer Affairs Department from April 1. Wheat is purchased in 23 centers in the kernel. The purchase of wheat in the kernel began a week late, ie, April 8, according to the Agricultural Department’s assessment, so far, 24.63 lakh hectares has been sown, and the production will be 116.24 lakh metric tonnes.
