In Uttar Pradesh, the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing is being trained by the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing Centers established in Food Science Training Centers and Districts. Following the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Ma UR Ria, the department has set a target for the districts. In these centers, youth/women and farmers will be provided with food processing training area. Deputy Chief Minister URA has advised the relevant authorities to prepare a useful action plan and outline and have issued instructions to provide better training for young people, women and farmers.
The subsidy will be provided on uniting unit
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Ma UR Ria said that during the training, during the training, the training should be monitored and that useful efforts should be made to connect the coaches to the training. After training, coaches can increase their income by performing food processing. At the same time, trainees can take advantage of subsidies and other facilities by installing their units.

15402 Young people will be trained
In the financial year 2025-26, 150 people will be given 150 bakery and 150 candy in the food processing, and 150 will be given cooking (Pak-Art). Similarly, 250 people in bakery and candy will be given monthly part-time training for 500 people in Cukhari (PAK -AR) and integrated courses. 15402 trainers will be provided with 15402 trainers in the food processing sector at the Government Social Fruit Protection and Training Centers set up at the Division and District Level.
