The National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (PKU), Rakesh Tickets, wrote a letter to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and requested to provide 12 hours of electricity to agricultural fodder. Prior to this, Tickets had written a letter to Yogi Adityanath, and he had asked for more electricity to the farmers. State farmers are demanding more electricity to get more time to irrigate crops. What did the ticket write in the letter?
In the letter, the ticket has been written, and you should report that private pipe wells are an important element to irrigate private pipe wells within the state, which is timely irrigation. An order was issued a month ago, in which the electric time of agricultural nutrition fodder was reduced from 10 pm to 7 hours. Due to the opposition, it was reduced to 9 hours, but its supply was still distributed in two parts, which were planned from 5 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 6 pm.
12 hours of electricity in the summer
Rakesh Tickets further wrote that at the time of the power supply, the cuts performed by any technical reasons during this 9 hour are not completed, so that the time of technical error is added during these hours. With so much time, farmers cannot irrigate the crops. On the other hand, the summer has begun and the crops must be irrigated in the short term. This method is divided into 2 parts and affects the irrigation of the distance, which can lead to direct loss to crops.
The Tickets appealed to the Chief Minister, “Again, at our insistence, the farmers must be given a 12 -hour power order without the total amount of agricultural nutritious fodder.”
