On Tuesday, hundreds of farmers from different districts of Punjab gathered at Dallawal’s Dallawal and performed a large number of Puri. Until all the arrested farmers are released, they will continue the dharna in the village and thereafter a strategy will be done.
Farmers will stay in the village and Darna will continue
During the protest, after meeting with the farmer’s leader Surjit Singh in the village with his colleagues, it was decided that we would have decided that all the farmers who came here would not go home until they were released.
He made it clear that the next meeting of the United Kisan Morcha (SKM) would be his participation and was completely united before him.
Farmers responded to pressure from Punjab police
If the Punjab police try to remove the strike, they will leave the village and go straight to the place where they are taken, but will not end the rebellion, said agricultural leaders. Farmers accused the Punjab government and the administration of trying to suppress their voice, but they would continue their movement.
Dalvallin’s faster and worse health
Meanwhile, the health of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dalwal is also raised. He has decided not to drink water until the farmers are released, and have been on strike for more than 125 hours until now. Farmers’ leaders have warned that if Dallawal Sahib’s health worsens, the Punjab government and Patiala police are responsible for this.
Farmers’ demands and more strategy
- All the farmers were released unconditionally
- The end of the strategy at the upcoming crowd of United Kisan Morcha
- Demand for direct negotiations of the government
- Determine the government’s responsibility on the health of Chairman Dalwal
At a press conference at the farmer’s leader Surjit Singh and his associates, he said, “We will continue our opposition and forced the government to accept our demands.” Farmers say they will not come to any pressure and that their peers will continue until they release.
