Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dalawal’s Deden case was heard in the Supreme Court today, in which the Punjab government said he was not in police custody and was “independent”. The president of the United Forum was admitted to a hospital in Patiala with his own will, “United Kisan Morcha (Non -Political) KMM”. Judge Manisha Badra, who took the intelligence on this, advised the state government to ensure that his family could meet him on the hospital premises without any obstacles. After hearing the High Court, it was now reported that his family members can be found from Jagjit Singh Dallawal.

At the beginning of the investigation, the state adviser said that Dalla was hospitalized and that he was free to leave. He said he could go. He wanted to go to the hospital. At the same time, the lawyer said the family could meet them under the security protocol. Citing the orders of the Supreme Court, he stressed that the state was responsible for his medical care.
However, Dalwal’s lawyer argued that his family did not allow him to meet him. He said he did not even get water and did not allow any person to meet them.

In an open court, both sides said, “The petitioner is illegal or valid. He has been admitted to Patiala, Patiala’s hospital, considering his health. At the same time, the next hearing will be on the 26th.

The incident took place in a petition seeking Dalwal’s release. Petitioner-Agricultural leader Gurmuk Singh, represented by lawyer Gurmohan Preet Singh, British Singh and Kanwarjit Singh, is said to have been placed in illegal custody by the state police.

The petitioner argued, “The detention is an attempt to suppress the peasant movement and create fear among the peaceful opponents. It is a violation of speech and expression.
