Dr. Marizella Morales Eibanz’s visit to Chapas

Marisela Morales hold meetings with nationality and legal community in Chiabas for dialogue on the future of the Supreme Court.

“I have never filed a complaint against the journalist or the creator.”

“Respect and defending freedom of expression was and convinced,” says Marzella Morales.

As part of the electoral process for citizens to integrate the Supreme Court of the Nation (SCJN), Dr. Marisila Morales Ipanz visited the state of Chiabas, where open meetings were held with groups of citizens, students and academics to share her independent judicial vision, near society and with a social perspective.

In a preliminary meeting, Dr. Morales participated in a meeting of the citizens organized by the Chiabas Business Center Group, and later presented a major lecture entitled the title of justice in Mexico at the Free Law College for opportunities in free pieces in the current control of the state.

During the interviews held as part of her visit, the candidate was interrogated about a male at the Federal Morning Conference, which she stated would have been a complaint against the creator of digital content. Dr. Morales categorically denied this version and categorically clarified:

“I did not file a complaint against any YouTube, journalist, or content creator. The commitment freedom of expression is absolute. In a strong democracy, ideas are not followed up, and they are discussed.”

addition:

“I hope that my name used in this way will be investigated, because it is not possible to exclude them with unrealistic issues. Within 30 years of my career, in all the situations I possess – including the lawyer – there was never an attempt to attack the right to freedom of expression.”

Dr. Morales confirmed that, if elected, she will always defend the principles of pluralism and free criticism and accountability, necessary to build justice with legitimacy before society.

“The court must be a space that listens, not silence. Legal decisions must be higher than political pressures and are linked to the constitution,” he said.

Finally, he thanked the participation and openness of all sectors in Chapas, and repeated his conviction that the ministers should focus on personal files with preparation, integrity and commitment to human rights.
