In such a situation, it seems that a comprehensive law should be introduced in 1961 to the Haryana Fruit Nursery Act. It is now operated to carry out the ‘Haryana Horticulture Nursery Bill 2025’ objectives, which register and control the horticulture nursery in the state of Haryana.
