CBF deeply regrets the death of Chilean fans and violent rings that occurred in the match between Colo Colo and Fortalisa, which was held on Thursday (10), in Santiago, by Labaretoris. Soon after the match was suspended, the entity maintained a contact with the CEO of Fortaleza, Marcelo Paz, where he provided all the necessary support to the club since then.
CBF also stated that in Dawn on Friday (11), at 2:10 am, to the director of Conmebol competitions, Farid Nantes, a document that protects the interests of the affiliate and asked for victory to Fortaleza through students from 3 to 0, because of the responsibility of the main club, as shown in Article 6, “G”, “G”, Item 2 of 2.
On Friday morning, at 9:15 am, CBF believed the decision and sent the complaint (attached) to the judicial bodies of Conmebol, which is based on the request of CEARá club to announce the winner of the match.
